President

Dimitry Alriche serves as the President of BusinessPoint Partners, bringing a wealth of consulting expertise and extensive business development experience. He founded BusinessPoint after successfully launching and exiting Alianne Asset Management Group LTD, a CFTC-registered and NFA-member firm. Previously, Dimitry worked at Turnkey Trading Partners as a Senior Consultant, where he guided numerous businesses in optimizing operations and best practices tailored to their unique needs. A proven problem-solver, Dimitry pinpoints the critical challenges companies face and identifies the key performance metrics that drive sustainable growth—ultimately helping them qualify for traditional financing. Backed by LEAN Six Sigma training and proficiency in multiple programming languages, he bridges the gap between modern technology and operational processes to ensure clients thrive in today’s marketplace. His expertise has greatly benefited BusinessPoint Partners’ growing client base, enabling them to secure longer-term financing and propel their businesses forward.

Alejandro Arana

Senior Consultant – Business Growth

Alejandro is a results-driven consultant with over 12 years of experience spanning customer experience, sales, marketing, and operations management. Skilled in strategic planning, critical thinking, and innovative problem-solving, Alejandro also brings bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, ensuring he can effectively serve diverse markets. As the founder of a successful eco-conscious cleaning services business, Alejandro showcased his entrepreneurial acumen by building an operation centered on service excellence and customer satisfaction. In previous leadership roles, Alejandro oversaw multifaceted hospitality operations—managing large size properties with more than 50 units and consistently exceeding financial and guest satisfaction benchmarks. Holding postgraduate degrees in Strategic Management and Marketing Management, alongside a bachelor’s in Architecture, Alejandro combines creative thinking with a solid business foundation to deliver measurable results. Karla A. Nunez

Operations & Relationship Manager

Karla A. Nunez is an entrepreneur and language enthusiast who oversees day-to-day operations and cultivates strong client relationships at BusinessPoint Partners. She holds an Associate of Arts from Broward College and is currently studying Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Florida. Leveraging her experience in transforming startups into profitable ventures, Karla excels at connecting businesses with the tools and resources needed for sustainable growth, while minimizing potential setbacks.

A passionate polyglot, Karla speaks Spanish, French, and Portuguese, and enjoys learning languages through music. In addition to her operations expertise, she is an active public speaker on various topics and volunteers in her community through church. Virgil Vega

Kristina has a demonstrated history of leadership in the BPO, outsourcing, and mining industries. Her expertise spans recruitment, HR policies, payroll, and organizational development, including designing systems that enhance employee experience. Kristina brings innovative strategies to align business goals with client and customer success, ensuring that operations are efficient, compliant, and scalable.

Holding certifications as an Associate Professional in Human Resources® (AHRP) and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Kristina combines analytical precision with a people-first approach. She is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at Ateneo de Davao College of Law, further enhancing her ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance environments.
